He and Nick and the No Big Names crew ran a whole bunch of the Alceseca in the past few weeks so he knew where to take us. The section we ran is only a small part of the river. We put in below the giant Big Banana Falls. We paddled all day down some amazing whitewater through some of the most beutiful scenery i have ever seen. Tight gorges and clean waterfalls were around every corner. The crew consisted of Raffa, Evan Garcia, Katie Scott, Scott Ligare, Erinn and myself. We took out at the Tomata bridge which is just above the big Tomata Falls and the Tomata gorge, featured in Burning Time.
